Sri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav 2026 brings together school students, undergraduate and postgraduate university students for a vibrant cultural celebration inspired by the timeless teachings and pastimes of Sri Krishna.

Through dance, music, art, literature, traditional activities and contemporary storytelling, participants can showcase their talent while celebrating India's rich cultural heritage.

Important Information

General Venue Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Registration Desk & Entry

All participants and group leaders must check in at the Swatantrata Bhawan Registration Desk with valid student or government ID cards.

Punctuality

Late entries risk forfeiture of performance slots.

Jury Authority

The decisions made by the official judging panels across all events are final, binding and non-negotiable. Any dispute or misbehavior toward judges or event crew will lead to immediate group disqualification.

Campus Preservation

Swatantrata Bhawan, BHU is a national educational campus. Littering, damaging property or improper waste disposal will attract strict administrative fines. Dispose of all trash in designated dustbins.

It refers to your degree or programme, for example, B.Com, BCA, MBA, B.Tech and similar courses.

Can one participant register for multiple events?

Yes. However, a separate registration form must be completed for each event.

Who can participate?

School students as well as Graduation and Post Graduation level university students can participate.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on 03 September 2026.

What do winners receive?

Winners will receive recognition and prizes as announced by the event organisers.
